Selected projects from across my professional experience.
I work with HEINEKEN’s global supply chain on the decarbonisation of European breweries, contributing to the development of Net Zero roadmaps and preparing initiatives for execution. In close collaboration with global and regional cross-functional teams and external partners, I helped design the program governance, reporting, benefits tracking, and evaluation frameworks aligned with HEINEKEN’s strategy and operating model.
This work included structuring and coordinating a portfolio of decarbonisation initiatives such as heat electrification, circularity measures, and energy-efficiency improvements establishing a solid foundation for disciplined and scalable execution of HEINEKEN’s Net Zero transition across Europe.

The first time I saw a NIO battery-swap station in action a full EV battery exchanged in minutes I immediately recognized how transformative this technology could be for electric mobility. Soon after, I joined NIO to help bring this innovative infrastructure to Europe.
Introducing an entirely new charging concept came with its own challenges; in many cities, the idea of a battery-swap station didn’t yet exist in local permitting frameworks. I helped build the program governance, shaped and trained country teams, and supported the rollout of sites from early planning and coordination stages through to operational readiness.
Working across multiple European markets and in close collaboration with NIO headquarters in China, I contributed to the expansion of the battery-swap network across the region helping lay the groundwork for one of Europe’s emerging, high-efficiency EV charging ecosystems.

I founded the Sustainable Finance Forum as part of my entrepreneurial venture with Greenpact, with the aim of increasing ESG awareness and strengthening knowledge exchange among financial institutions in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. As the founder, I designed the program content, built partnerships, and led the business development efforts needed to bring sponsors and supporting organizations on board.
What began as a small initiative evolved into a flagship annual event, hosted over four years and bringing together more than 600 participants including leading regional banks, development financiers, investment funds, and regional stakeholders committed to advancing sustainable finance across the region.

At Huawei, I led the delivery of large-scale telecom infrastructure programs for major operators across the Benelux countries, coordinating complex delivery environments involving internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders. With over 80 project team members on-site and remote, I ensured disciplined planning, clear communication, and effective issue resolution.
Through strong delivery governance, budget control, and risk management, I contributed to improved delivery efficiency and cost optimisation across the portfolio. In parallel, I supported initiatives aligned with Huawei’s transition toward more energy-efficient and sustainable network infrastructure. This work was recognised with the Huawei Benelux Award for high-quality execution and collaboration.

At Solarplaza, I worked across the emerging markets and finance teams, managing renewable energy initiatives from early concept and design through to execution and delivery. My role included business plan development, securing partner and sponsor support, building relationships with local stakeholders, and managing engagement across the sector. I’ve hosted and moderated leading industry events in cities such as Miami, Jakarta, Milan, Amsterdam, and San Francisco, creating platforms where policymakers, investors, and industry experts could exchange insights and perspectives.
In parallel, I co-authored key industry publications, webinars including the annual Top 70 European Solar PV Portfolios overview, contributing to broader market understanding and more informed decision-making across the renewable energy sector.

I worked on two national water and environmental programs in Armenia- the Lake Sevan Basin Environmental Project and the Small Municipalities Water Project focused on improving wastewater treatment and strengthening local water systems. The initiatives supported the rehabilitation of wastewater networks, upgrades to treatment facilities, and more reliable municipal water services across the Lake Sevan region and beyond, with support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank.
My role centred on coordinating donor-funded activities and enabling effective program delivery, including aligning procurement with international financial institution requirements, tracking implementation against agreed objectives, and facilitating collaboration between ministries, technical teams, and external partners. I also represented the programs in water management forums and organised delegation visits and multi-stakeholder meetings.
